Breast cancer is an issue. A lifetime!
For the second time, Medela supports the breast cancer campaign in co-operation with the Swiss cancer association in October and acts as the Swiss presenting partner. The campaign is about creating awareness among women for the omnipresence of breast cancer. It is not about scaring or warning people - it is simply about raising awareness.
By supporting this campaign, Michael Larsson has decided to stress the importance of promoting scientific findings to the public once more. Information about early diagnosis and prevention are important for the society not just in Switzerland but worldwide. Medela provides information about reducing the risk of breast cancer after longtime breastfeeding. The campaign will be visible in important Swiss magazines, newspapers and in news magazines on television. Medela is proud to support this important campaign here in Switzerland, to raise awareness and ultimately help saving lives.
